⦁ The Saint. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment program is the oldest citizenship program as it has been initiated in the year 1984. As per the policy, any foreigners from non restricted countries can qualify for Citizenship, either through donation or investing in real estate.
Who can apply?
Eligibility:
⦁ Main applicant must be above 18 years of age
⦁ Provide source of funds
⦁ Clean criminal record
⦁ No health issue
⦁ Legal spouse & dependent children upto 30 years of age.
⦁ Dependent parents above 55 years of age.
⦁ Dependent siblings upto 30 years of age.
Investment Requirements
1. Sustainable Growth Fund (Non refundable contribution)
⦁ Single applicant : USD 150,000
⦁ MA + Spouse + 2 children : USD 150,000 (up to family of 4) (Offer valid until 31st December, 2021)
⦁ Additional dependant : USD 10,000 each dependant except siblings.
2. Real Estate (Government approved projects)
⦁ Investment in Real Estate : USD 400,000 (Investment to be held for a minimum of 5 years).
⦁ Investment in Real Estate : USD 200,000 (Investment to be held for a minimum of 7 years).
⦁ Government fees:
Main applicant : USD 35,000
Spouse : USD 20,000
Additional dependant (except siblings) : USD 10,000 each dependant regardless of age.
Please note, Due diligence fee, application fee, processing fee, legal fee, government fee, Guardian professional fee, etc is applicable.
Citizenship application process: 3-5 months (Accelerated application process available: 45 days to 60 days)
⦁ Signup engagement agreement with Guardian.
⦁ Guardian operation team will conduct initial assessments on client’s profile.
⦁ Guardian professional team will assist & advise you the collection of the documents according to the Government checklist.
⦁ File preparation & submission to CIU for citizenship application.
⦁ Upon receiving “Letter of Approval in principle” from CIU, applicant will make full investment & other associated government fees.
⦁ Receives approval from CIU.
⦁ Receives Certificate of Naturalization.
⦁ Submission of passport application.
⦁ Receiving of passport.
